wind measurement towers in plain areas and a storage medium, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a coordinate set of multiple wind turbines, a preset coverage
radius and a number of
wind measurement towers, generating initial
wind measurement tower positions by using a clustering
algorithm based on the coordinate set and the number of wind measurement towers; for each to-be-arranged wind measurement
tower, taking maximizing the number of wind turbines covered by the initial wind measurement
tower position within the coverage
radius as a target, and performing optimization under the condition of meeting a preset optimization constraint to obtain a locally optimized wind measurement tower position; taking minimizing the sum of distances from the wind measurement tower to all wind turbines in a wind
turbine subset covered by the wind measurement tower as a target, and performing optimization and solving on the locally optimized wind measurement tower position under the condition of meeting a coverage constraint and an
exclusion zone avoidance constraint to obtain a final wind measurement tower position; and outputting the final wind measurement tower position corresponding to each wind measurement tower and arrangement information corresponding to each wind measurement tower. The application improves the representativeness, objectivity and economy of the
site selection of the wind measurement tower.
