The invention provides a
control system and method of a hydraulic type CNG filling substation. A
control system of the hydraulic type CNG filling substation comprises a hydraulic type long
pipe semitrailer and a hydraulic substation pressurizing pry. A gas convergence main
pipe on the semitrailer leads up to the back portion of the semitrailer from the front portion of the semitrailer and is connected to a CNG rapid connector and connected with a
gas pipeline of the hydraulic substation pressurizing pry. According to the
control system and method of the hydraulic type CNG filling substation, through the pipeline
system of the filling substation and the CNG semitrailer,
automatic control over the full operation process of the hydraulic substation can be achieved, and manual intervention isnot needed; the remaining amount and pressure of CNG in each
steel cylinder can be monitored in real time, on the premise of guaranteeing normal operation of the filling substation
system, pressure supplementation operation can be automatically conducted on CNG in a
steel cylinder without liquid infusion, the pressure fluctuation problem in the gas filling process is solved, especially, the gas filling interruption phenomenon existing in the
steel cylinder group switching operation process can be avoided, and the problem that in the prior art, manual operation is needed to balance pressure isavoided; and since automatic
continuous operation is conducted, frequent start of a motor is avoided, and the operation
energy consumption is lowered.
