Through combined operation of flow adjustment of the two units and pressure adjustment of one unit, on one hand, heat supply mother pipe flow demand estimation calculation and real-time adjustment are achieved, so that flow adjustment economic performance real-time calculation is conducted according to the current unit electric load condition, heat load dynamic distribution of the two heat supply units is achieved, and the heat supply efficiency is improved. Therefore, the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved; on the other hand, the problem of pressure fluctuation caused in the flow adjusting process can be solved through single pressure adjustment, and the steam parameter quality of steam enterprises is guaranteed.
