The invention relates to a maximum available power generation torque calculating method and a maximum available power generation torque calculating
system of a
hybrid electric vehicle motor. The
system comprises a rotating speed obtaining unit, a current obtaining unit, a
voltage obtaining unit, a torque calculating unit and a battery power obtaining unit. The
system firstly obtains the total
voltage and the
total current of the high-
voltage end of a high-
low voltage converter, the maximum charging power of a
motive power battery and the current motor rotating speed; then, the current
power consumption power of a low-voltage electric appliance is calculated through the total voltage and the
total current, the maximum charging power of the
motive power battery is added to the current
power consumption power of the low-voltage electric appliance, the allowable maximum power generation power of the motor is obtained, the allowable maximum power generation power of the motor is divided by the current motor rotating speed, and the first maximum power generation torque of the motor is obtained; the second maximum power generation torque of the motor is calculated according to the motor rotating speed and the
motor power generation external characteristics; and finally, the smaller one in the first maximum power generation torque and the second maximum power generation torque of the motor is selected to be used as the allowable maximum power generation torque of the motor. The method and the system have the advantages that the vehicle can be enabled to make engines work in the optimal range during the whole vehicle engine driving, the
energy loss and the contaminant discharging are reduced, and the economy of the whole vehicle is improved.
