The election is carried out by a system of voting by each candidate whereby each candidate has a priority calculated from its configuration, and the server with the highest priority is configured to claim the leadership faster than the other candidates. As part of the claim, each candidate multicasts its priority. Each candidate that receives a multicast claim for leadership from another candidate compares its own priority against the claimant and only votes for itself if its own priority is higher. After a preconfigured period of hearing no other claimants with higher priority, the candidate with the highest priority becomes the new leader.

The invention relates to a high-frequency structure design method for an ultra-wide band helix traveling wave tube, belonging to the technical field of ultra-wideband traveling wave tubes. The method comprises the following steps: firstly determining the inside diameter of a helical line; then, under the premise that the inside diameter remains unchanged and through the adjustment of the pitch and the inside diameter of a wing sheet, making high coupling impedance one of the high-frequency characteristics of an input section and enabling dispersion characteristic of an output section to realize super anomalous dispersion so that the pitches and the inside diameters of wing sheets of the input section and the output section can be determined respectively. For the characteristic of high coupling impedance, a helical forward wave can be more synchronized with an electronic beam, greatly increasing the output power. For the characteristic of super anomalous dispersion at the output section, the synchronization between a higher harmonic wave and an electronic beam is destroyed, thus achieving a better harmonic suppression effect. The high frequency structure of the invention can improve the output power and suppress harmonic waves, and the output power is more than 115W in the frequency range of 4.5 to 18GHz and the second harmonic wave at 4.5GHz is less than -5dBc.

Efficient multicast forward method based on sliding window in share memory switching structure

The invention belongs to a front end switching technology of an Ethernet switching system, in particular relates to a high-efficiency group-broadcasting repeat method based on a sliding window in a shared storage switching structure. The method adopts an optimization way outputting the sliding window and no longer uses a strict FIFO-type cell to make a repeat, but selects a suitable cell to make the repeat in a certain range (window width). The repeat way obviously decreases the repeat span of a group-broadcasting cell, thereby decreasing the stay time of the group-broadcasting cell in a shared storage area. The method has two most direct advantages that the method increases the synchronous level of the group-broadcasting cell repeat at every goal port, and lowers the consumption to a shared storage room. An analogue result shows that selecting the suitable window width can effectively increase the performances of the system at the two fields, but excessively widening the window width can not limitlessly increase the performances of the system, on the contrary, can increase the count complication.

Method for adjusting the detector of a chromatograph

The present invention provides a detector for a chromatograph capable of obtaining the accurate retention time, even if there is a frequency deviation of the clock signal for determining the timing of data sampling, by conforming the progress of the detector internal time accompanied with the repetition of the sampling to that of real time. In the detector, consecutive data sampling intervals are defined to be a time adjustment period, and in one time adjustment period, each of the sampling intervals whose number is given as the interpolation value M is elongated by a predetermined number of clock counts compared to each of the other sampling intervals. If the clock signal has a positive frequency deviation, the apparatus internal time determined by the clock signal progresses faster than real time. However, providing the interpolation value M corresponding to the amount of the frequency deviation elongates the time adjustment period on the basis of the apparatus internal time, to be conformed to the time adjustment period on the basis of real time which is determined by the sampling period.
