The invention discloses a
deep processing method of a
lutein extract. The method comprises the following steps: taking a light-
alcohol solvent as an extracting agent for the
lutein extract, and performing extracting,
saponification by adding an alkaline liquor,
crystallization and filtering on the
lutein extract to obtain a
filter cake and a
soap-containing filtrate; performing
water washing and
drying on the
filter cake to obtain high-purity lutein crystals; desolventizing the
soap-containing filtrate and then mixing the desolventized
soap-containing filtrate with
dichloromethane, and separating the mixture to obtain a water phase and a
solvent phase; concentrating the water phase to obtain
fatty acid soap; washing the
solvent phase with water and then adding Vc to the solvent phase and stirring evenly, and concentrating to obtain low-content lutein crystals. The
deep processing method of the lutein extract is used for further purifying the
deep processing method of a lutein extract; the low-content lutein crystals are collected, the total content yield of the crystals can be increased to 97% or higher, and the by-product
fatty acid soap can be obtained; as Vc is added to the soap-containing filtrate, the content losses in the concentration and
flavor removal process can be reduced and the single-step yield of the crystals produced from the soap-containing filtrate is above 17%. The deep
processing method of the lutein extract is simple to operate, the yield of the product is high and the by-product can be reutilized; as a result, the deep
processing method is suitable for industrial production.
