environmental protection equipment, and discloses a double-layer high-efficiency superfine-micropore
aeration header. The double-layer high-efficiency superfine-micropore
aeration header comprises an inner-layer conventional brown
corundum aeration header with the
pore diameter of 150-250 microns, and a
corundum superfine micropore layer coated on the outer surface of the brown
corundum aeration header, wherein the corundum superfine micropore layer is 0.3-0.7 mm in thickness and has the
pore diameter of 56-80 microns. In the double-layer high-efficiency superfine-micropore aeration header, the conventional brown corundum layer is adopted to serve as a base layer and has the advantages of
large pore diameter, high strength, good air-permeability, small resistance, therefore, air can pass through the base layer rapidly in a large quantity; furthermore, when the air reaches the outer layer, namely, the corundum superfine micropore layer, the micropores of the layer are fine and close so that the air is dispersed into very fine bubbles to enter into water so as to rapidly
oxygenate the water. Synchronously, the bubbles are extremely fine so that the
oxygen utilization coefficient of the air in the water is greatly improved, additionally, the corundum superfine micropore layer is very thin so that the resistance to the air passing through the corundum superfine micropore layer is greatly reduced, therefore, the aims of energy saving and high efficiency are achieved.
