A silicate network structure on the surface of the silicon plastid enables the preparation to have good structural stability and drug loading stability, early leakage of drugs in a blood circulation system can be reduced, and toxic and side effects of the drugs are reduced. The preparation can also enhance the effect of ultrasonic imaging and realize drug delivery and drug release under image monitoring.

The invention discloses a water bottom oxygenation method, aiming at solving the defects of the traditional aerating apparatus that dissolved oxygen is centralized on an upper layer and is difficult to reach a water bottom layer which is in lack of oxygen. In the water bottom oxygenation method, a common aerating apparatus and a water bottom horizontal stream establishment oxygen enrichment device which is additionally arranged near the common aerating apparatus are utilized, wherein the common aerating apparatus performs aeration and oxygenation on the upper layer, so that the dissolved oxygen in the upper layer of the water is rapidly increased, thus oxygen-enriched water is formed; and oxygen-enriched water blocks are sucked from the upper water by the water bottom horizontal stream establishment oxygen enrichment device arranged nearby and then are guided into the water bottom at a deep water region to be sprayed out, and a huge horizontal stream is formed at the water bottom, thereby achieving large-area water bottom oxygenation. The method can be used for a deep water aeration tank in a sewage treatment industry, so as to reduce the floor area; and the method can be used for bottom mud oxidation and inner source pollution load reduction, thereby being beneficial to rapid decomposition of deposited matters at the water bottom and the improvement of the water quality.
