The invention discloses a method for reducing
train vibration hazards and monitoring potential diseases through a spring foundation. The method comprises the steps that S1, the
limit value of
vertical displacement during
train running is determined; s2, the rigidity coefficient of the spring foundation is designed; s3, spring units,
reinforced concrete floating slabs, sleepers and rails are sequentially installed on the tunnel base; s4, multiple groups of
data acquisition modules are mounted below the
reinforced concrete floating slab at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel; s5,
train vibration frequency is collected through a
data acquisition module, a
database is established, vibration frequency distribution of different sections during train operation is analyzed, and damping of a spring foundation
system is increased; and S6, establishing a
machine learning platform based on
simulation test data, establishing association between the vibration frequency and tunnel diseases, and monitoring potential tunnel diseases through actual
monitoring data. A traditional rigid foundation is changed into the flexible foundation, vibration loads generated when a train runs are absorbed and reduced through the flexible foundation, and then damage to a tunnel structure is reduced.
