The invention discloses a fertilization and
branch management method for grape planting. A planting technology is implemented by the following steps: 1) fertilization in autumn, to be specific, uniformly mixing and burying 1,500 to 2,000 kilograms of
chicken manure and 2 to 3 kilograms of biological
fertilizer into the soil of every acre from the end of September to the first third of October after fruits are picked in autumn; 2) application of
sprouting fertilizers, to be specific, applying 10 to 15 kilograms of compound
fertilizer to every acre in a pouring way before March 10 every year, and applying 6.5 kilograms of boric
fertilizer in holes of every acre, wherein the
mass ratio of N to P2O5 to K2O in the compound fertilizer is 1:1:1, and the total
mass content of N, P2O5 and K2O is not lower than 45 percent; 3) application of fruit swelling fertilizers, to be specific, applying 5 kilograms of
zinc sulfate and 8 kilograms of
magnesium sulfate to every acre a week after flowering, and applying 25 to 30 kilograms of compound fertilizer to every acre 18 to 22 days after flowering every year, wherein the
mass ratio of N to P2O5 to K2O in the compound fertilizer is 8:4:9; 4) spraying application of microelement fertilizers to leaves, to be specific, (1) diluting a 20 percent
boron and
zinc microelement fertilizer by 1,000 to 1,500 times, and applying the diluted microelement fertilizer twice to the leaves at an interval of 10 to 15 days 18 to 22 days after the
germination of grapes; (2) diluting a 15 percent organic
selenium-rich leaf fertilizer by 500 times, and applying the diluted leaf fertilizer twice at an interval of 12 to 15 days 25 to 35 days before the maturing of the grapes; 5)
branch management in a growing period; 6)
branch pruning, to be specific, performing short branch
pruning in winter.
