The invention discloses magnetic gel for assisting endoscopic mucosal
dissection. The magnetic gel is prepared mainly from permanent magnetic material microparticles, a
sodium alginate solution and acalcium
chloride solution, and medical dye can also be added; a preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: preparing the
sodium alginate solution, adding the permanent magnetic materialmicroparticles, uniformly mixing to obtain a solution A, and using the
calcium chloride solution or a
mixed solution of the
calcium chloride solution and the medical dye as a solution B; filling a double-cavity synchronous
injection device with the solution A and the solution B respectively, and injecting an appropriate amount of an uniformly
mixed solution into a
mucosal lesion to be dissected according to the size of the
lesion during using, wherein the uniformly
mixed solution can form the magnetic gel in the
lesion within a short time. The application
system comprises the double-cavity synchronous
injection device for injecting the uniformly mixed solution into the
mucosal lesion to be dissected, and a detachable magnetic ring at the head end of an
endoscope, wherein the uniformly mixed solution forms the magnetic gel after injection. Through magnetic attraction between the magnetic gel and the detachable magnetic ring at the head end of the
endoscope, a pulling force opposite toa
muscular layer is provided, so that the
dissection between mucosa and
muscular layer is facilitated; the invention has the advantages of convenience in operation, reduction in surgical difficulty and the like.
