Floating roll device for film production device

The invention relates to a floating roll device for a film production device. Two ends of a floating roll are respectively rotatably connected with a rotating arm, the middle of the left rotating arm and the middle of the right rotating arm are respectively hinged to a piston rod of a cylinder, and a cylinder barrel of the cylinder is connected to a wallboard. The two rotating arms are fixedly connected with a rotating rod, and two ends of the rotating rod are rotatably installed on the wallboard. One end of the rotating rod is connected with a position detection mechanism angle encoder, and an encoder signal line is connected with a winding drum transmission motor control mechanism. A film is downward from a front guide roll, bypasses the lower portion of the floating roll and is upward to be wound on a winding drum through a rear guide roll. Counter weight blocks are installed at far ends of the rotating arms relative to the floating roll. Tensile force of the film acting on the floating roll, gravity of the floating roll, thrust of the cylinder and gravity of the counter weight blocks are balanced, and the floating roll is at a balanced position. The floating roll device can adapt to a film tension value from 2 N to 200N, can be used for plastic films of different specifications and can also be used for paper or cloth. The low-friction cylinder is adopted, and sensitivity is +/-0.01N.
