The polymorphic sampling method comprises the following steps: according to the form of SO3 in the exhaust, based on a selective condensation principle, collecting aerosol-state SO3 in the exhaust by adopting a front-stage collector under the temperature of the exhaust; and enabling the temperature of the exhaust flowing in a rear-stage collector to be reduced below an acid dew point through a water bath or water bath circulation so that the original gaseous SO3 under the temperature of the exhaust is transformed into the aerosol-state SO3 to be deposited in the rear-stage collector so as to realize the purpose that the aerosol-state SO3 and the gaseous SO3 are respectively measured. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the aerosol-state SO3 and the gaseous SO3 in the exhaust can be distinguished, and respectively quantified; a proportion of the aerosol-state SO3 to the gaseous SO3 is calculated, and the total concentration of the SO3 can also be measured. The measured concentration of the aerosol-state SO3 and the gaseous SO3 under the temperature of the exhaust provides basic data for researching acid corrosion at the tail of a boiler; meanwhile, the polymorphic sampling system can be applied to detection of SO3 emission concentration of exhaust of other pollution sources.

The system comprises a microelectrode array sensor, an intracellular and external electrical signal conditioning module, an electroporation control module, a data acquisition card, an upper computer and a power supply module. By means of the system, the functions of cell electroporation and myocardial cell intracellular and extracellular electric signal recording can be achieved on one instrument, and the channels can be controlled to generate pulse signals with different frequencies, amplitudes and pulse widths one by one and apply the pulse signals to cells. Therefore, comparison of electroporation results under different conditions in one experiment can be realized, change of cell electrophysiological phenomena can be detected, and cell electric signal recording with high temporal-spatial resolution is realized. Meanwhile, efficient and automatic analysis can be realized through the upper computer, the optimal condition of electroporation is screened out by traversing different electroporation conditions and combining data analysis, and cell electroporation is performed under the optimal condition, so that intracellular electric signals of myocardial cells can be recorded in a high-quality manner.
