The invention provides an air
buoyancy correcting device used in
mass measurement of a counterbalance, which is used for measuring and calculating the air
buoyancy corrected value in the
mass measurement of an E1 grade counterbalance. A cavity for accommodating the counterbalance is arranged in an enclosed box; a sound
output device is arranged in the cavity; a
sound pressure acquiring device is used for acquiring a
sound pressure signal; a temperature sensor, a
humidity sensor, a
pressure sensor and a CO2 sensor which are arranged outside the cavity are used for acquiring corresponding air environment parameter values respectively; both a
sound pressure signal value and an air environment parameter value are transmitted to a comprehensive
signal acquiring and
processing card; and a computer which is connected with the comprehensive signal acquiring and
processing card is used for receiving, calculating and
processing signal data provided by the comprehensive signal acquiring and processing card. The environmental air density and the counterbalance bulking value are calculated, so that the air
buoyancy corrected value in the
mass measurement of the counterbalance is obtained. In the invention, the counterbalance bulk measurement and the environmental air density measurement are realized integrally, so that the measuring steps are saved, the bulk and air density measuring results are obtained in the same environment, the influence of the environment on the measuring results is small, and the result accuracy is greatly increased.
