polycrystalline diamond compact bit with four blades. The profiles of the two main blades and the profiles of the two auxiliary blades are in a circular arc shape, a small number of
cutting teeth are arranged at the positions close to the center of the bit, a large number of
cutting teeth are arranged at the positions close to the edge of the bit, the first rows of
cutting teeth are tunneling teeth, the second rows of cutting teeth and the third rows of cutting teeth are ploughing teeth, the tops of the tunneling teeth are in a
pinnacle shape, and the tops of the pinnacles are inclined towards one side of the center of the bit.
Broaching teeth are in a disc shape, and stabilizing teeth are in a strip shape. By means of the arc-shaped design of the blades, the tooth-
shape design of the tunneling teeth and the arrangement of the cutting teeth, the bit can initiatively
discharge chippings in the tunneling process, the
working temperature of the cutting teeth is lowered, the working conditions of the cutting teeth are improved, and the bit balling phenomenon is not likely to occur; by means of the tooth-
shape design of the tunneling teeth, the crushing capability of the bit is improved, the
centripetal force of the bit is increased, and the drilling quality is improved; meanwhile, all the cutting teeth are evenly stressed, and the service life of the bit is prolonged; by means of the arrangement of the initiative type guiding stabilizing teeth, the guiding performance of the bit is good, and the vortex motion preventing performance of the bit is improved.
