system includes a walking mechanism for the device to move freely on the working face, which includes a device

chassis (9); a hopper mechanism, which includes a
raw material hopper (1) fixed above the device
chassis (9) by a support column (101), the
discharge port (103) of the
raw material hopper (1) being equipped with an electric
gate valve; and a non-conforming material
discharge hopper (5) located on the other side of the device chassis (9) and having a
discharge port (503); a screening and conveying mechanism, which includes a roller-type screening bucket (3) inclinedly mounted on a support column (301) and a
conveyor belt (13) located below it; an
industrial control system; and a digital twin platform. This invention achieves continuous automatic screening of aggregates, with a screening efficiency of 15~20 m³ / h, which is 3~4 times higher than that of traditional manual screening (less than 5 m³ / h).
