The finished product of the colorful luminous rubber shipboard fender is prepared from raw materials including at least one of 15 to 25kg of natural rubber, 15 to 25kg of styrene-butadiene rubber and 18 to 22kg of polybutadiene rubber as well as 13 to 18kg of polyurethane rubber, 2 to 3.5kg of afterglow luminescent powder (fluorescer), 6 to 10kg of light-reflecting powder, 2.3 to 4kg of zinc oxide, 1.0 to 1.5kg of stearic acid, 0.4 to 1.0kg of coumarone, 20 to 25kg of calcium bicarbonate, 28 to 35kg of carbon black, 3 to 5kg of pine tar, 1 to 1.5kg of sulfur powder, 0.8 to 1.2kg of accelerant DM or 0.2 to 0.4kg of accelerant D, 0.6 to 1.0kg of age inhibitor RD or 1.0 to 1.5kg of age inhibitor D and 3 to 5kg of toner through even blending, mold molding and sulfuration by means of the currently known sulfuration process. Moreover, the toner can be selected according to user requirements and the top of the semicircular hollow shipboard fender has a plurality of ventholes. The colorful luminous rubber shipboard fender has ageing resistance and ideal visual sensation and can prevent unexpected collision; moreover, the shipboard fender has excellent performance, elegant appearance and the cost not higher than that of a common rubber shipboard fender.
