The surface of each marker member is provided with grid-like lines which are recognizable by a CT scanned image and disposed longitudinally and laterally at substantially regular intervals; predetermined marks are chosen from intersections of the grid-like lines, and a guide ring is attached to the surgical guide body so that a direction connecting the chosen marks is used as an axial direction of the guide ring. The axial direction of the guide ring is used as an insertion direction for implant.

The embodiment of the invention provides a determination method and device for the content of organic carbon in hydrocarbon source rocks. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: obtaining a first three-dimensional CT (Computerized Tomography) scanning image and a background CT scanning image of a rock core; carrying out background value deduction on the first three-dimensional CT scanning image according to the background CT scanning image, so as to obtain a second three-dimensional CT scanning image; identifying pixel points which are covered by the organic carbon in the second three-dimensional CT scanning image according to gray values of all pixel points in the second three-dimensional CT scanning image; obtaining space distribution of the organic carbon of the rock core and the volume fraction of the organic carbon according to the pixel points covered by the organic carbon. According to the determination method and device, provided by the embodiment of the invention, three-dimensional space distribution characteristics of the organic carbon can be directly displayed; meanwhile, the volume fraction of the content of the organic carbon is accurately obtained.
