shock absorber assembly. According to the technical scheme, the manufacturing process is characterized by comprising the following steps that S1, steel wires are selected and pretreated; s2, spring rolling is conducted, specifically, the pretreated steel wire is fed into spring rolling equipment for spiral forming, the geometric center offset B of the spring is detected in real time in the forming process, and if B belongs to a preset offset range [B1, B2], the step S3 is executed; if B is smaller than B1, the forming parameters of the
coil spring equipment are adjusted to increase the offset, the offset is detected again after the time period T1 lasts, and if B is still smaller than B1, the offset continues to be increased till B belongs to [B1, B2]; if B is larger than B2, the forming parameters of the
coil spring equipment are adjusted to reduce the offset, the offset is detected again after the time period T1 lasts, and if B is still larger than B2, the offset continues to be reduced till B belongs to [B1, B2]; if the offset is still not within [B1, B2] after continuous K times of adjustment, stopping the
machine to check the
coil spring equipment; s3, spring heat treatment; s4, spring standing treatment; s5, surface treatment; and S6, finished product detection.
