The invention discloses an urban masonry residence safety assessment method based on uncertainty analysis, and belongs to the field of engineering structure performance assessment. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring acceleration of a structure under environmental vibration to obtain acceleration data; secondly, adopting a multi-reference-point covariance driven random subspace method and a convolutional neural network to automatically identify structural modal parameters and uncertainty thereof; then, taking the obtained uncertainty modal parameters as input, adoptinga Bayesian model correction method based on a progressive Markov chain Monte Carlo method (TMCMC) to correct an initial finite element model of the structure, and obtaining the urban masonry residence safety assessment model with the uncertainty parameters; and finally, carrying out safety evaluation on the model by considering the load effect and the structural parameter uncertainty at the sametime. According to the invention, an effective urban masonry residence safety evaluation model can be constructed, so that the goals of long-term safety management and disaster early warning of the residence are achieved.
