To provide a correction method of MLA data which can more accurately analyze a composition ratio of minerals present in ore using MLA and a mineral analysis method.SOLUTION: A correction method of MLA data includes: a process S2 of obtaining a reflection electron image of mineral particles on a measurement surface obtained by measuring the measurement surface of an ore sample in which mineral particles are embedded in resin with a mineral particle analysis device and a mineral map containing information on a mineral region and mineral species of the constituent minerals constituting the mineral particles; and a process S3 which corrects the information on the mineral region and mineral species of a target mineral by using brightness correction information of the reflection electron image of the constituent minerals for the mineral particles containing the target mineral being the correction object as the constituent minerals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
