The invention discloses a laparoscopic device for bloodless isolation, protection and excision of tumors. The device is used for laparoscopic tumor excision, not only blocks blood supply in tumor vessels, but also is isolated from other normal tissue organs in the abdominal cavity, and aims at preventing hemorrhage during operation and celiac implantation contamination by tumor cells.
