Comprising an organic solvent liquid storage chamber, a circulating pump, a double-pipe groove type solar heat collector, a fan, a condensation chamber, a liquid inlet electric control valve, a material cleaning box, a liquid level detector, a liquid outlet electric control valve, an air inlet electric control valve, a material containing container, a pressure sensor, a temperature probe, a control device, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. By fully utilizing a solar photo-thermal technology, on one hand, an organic solvent can be heated and evaporated; secondly, the material cleaning box is heated and pressurized by heating and drying hot air; and thirdly, electric energy is replaced by solar energy, so that utilization of the electric energy is effectively reduced, and solar energy resources are fully utilized.
