The invention discloses a method of 
pollution-free planting of 
isatis tinctoria. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of 1, low-temperature storage, wherein 
isatis tinctoria seeds are firstly subjected to sterilization treatment and are then mixed with 
organic matter fertilizer for low-temperature storage; 2, seed 
germination accelerating, wherein the stored seeds are soaked into 
plant nutrient liquid to be subjected to poikilothermic treatment, and high-temperature storage and low-temperature storage are repeatedly conducted for 5-6 times; 3, 
soil treatment, wherein the 
organic matter fertilizer is splashed to soil in early March, then the soil is subjected to deep plowing and airing, an 
abamectin solution is sprayed to the soil, 
lime powder is applied to the soil, then the soil is covered with transparent mulching film, then the 
nutrient sterilization liquid is utilized for spraying, and finally the treated soil is subjected to 
bed preparing; 4, planting, wherein the seeds after subjected to 
germination accelerating are sowed to beds in late March to early April and are covered with mulching film, and the mulching film at the upper portion of planting pits are left with 
breather holes; 5, daily management, wherein the 
plant nutrient liquid is periodically utilized for watering, the 
plant sterilization liquid is utilized for spraying, and the 
organic matter fertilizer is utilized to topdress 
isatis tinctoria in July and September.
