The beamlet manipulator is configured to converge groups of the beamlets towards a common point of convergence for each group. Finally, the array of projection lens systems is configured to project unblanked beamlets of the groups of beamlets on to the surface of the target. The invention, which belongs to the technical field of the video image processing technology, particularly relates to an automatic exposure processing method and apparatus with back-light compensation. The method comprises: brightness data of an image frame are calculated and histogram information is obtained; according to the histogram information and the image brightness information, whether the image ins in a back-light state is determined; if so, back-light compensation processing is executed; and if the image is in a normal light state, automatic exposure processing is carried out. According to the technical scheme, the image frame is collected by the camera in real time and thus whether the image is in the backlight situation is determined; and a backlight phenomenon of an image collected subsequently is improved by adjusting the exposure value of the camera. The exposure value is increased restrictedly, so that the brightness of the relatively dark area is enhanced and the definition is improved. Therefore, a problem that identification is affected because of insufficient face brightness under the circumstance that the backlight problem is solved by automatic exposure in the prior art can be solved.

Electrokinetic flow may be induced by the use of plasma generation at high voltage electrodes and consequent transport of charged particles in an electric voltage gradient. The generation of electrokinetic flow has the disadvantage that certain amounts of ozone may be formed in the process. Methods and devices are described herein where suitable catalysts can be combined with the electrokinetic device in such a way that ozone is effectively destroyed in the effluent flow without compromising the amount of flow.
