The problems that when the high-concentration NO3--N waste water, the sludge digestion liquid and the municipal sewage are independently treated through a traditional method, the nitrogen removal efficiency is low, energy consumption is high, and the sludge output is high are solved, and according to the device and method, running cost I slow, the occupied area is small, the structure is simple, and optimal control is easy.
