The regenerative device comprises a regenerative reactor, wherein the regenerative reactor is composed by the connection of an inlet blocking valve, a feeding bin, a heating bin, a regenerative bin, a precooling bin, a cooling bin, a discharging bin, and an outlet blocking valve in sequence; a heating heat exchanger component is arranged in the heating bin; a precooling heat exchanger component is arranged in the precooling bin; a cooling heat exchanger component is arranged in the cooling bin; a nitrogen carrying bin for inletting ammonia nitrogen gas to improve the desulfurization and denitrification performances of regenerated active coke during regeneration process is arranged between the precooling bin and the cooling bin. The regenerative method adopts the regenerative device to conduct the regeneration of the active coke. According to the invention, more reasonable utilization of energy can be realized in the regeneration process to allow the desulfurization and denitrification performance of the regenerated active coke to obtain further improvement; on-line modification can be conducted on the active coke through the nitrogen carrying bin to keep high desulfurization and denitrification performance of the active coke.

The invention discloses an absorption treatment method and system for VOC organic exhaust gas. The method comprises the following steps that a part of organic matters are separated from the VOC organic exhaust gas by using a condensation unit, then the VOC organic exhaust gas is allowed to fully contact with an absorbent in an absorbing device, organic matters in the exhaust gas are absorbed and purified by the absorbent, then the exhaust gas is discharged, and the absorbent is converted into an absorbent rich solution; and the absorbent rich solution may undergo vacuum extracting or heating in a desorption device or carry out counter-current contact with purge gas in the desorption device to allow organic matters in the absorbent rich solution to be desorbed so as to obtain a regeneratedabsorbent lean solution, the regenerated absorbent lean solution is conveyed to the absorbing device for recycling, and desorption gas with enriched organic matters is subjected to condensation or burning or oxidation treatment. With the treatment method provided by the invention, organic components with high value in the VOC organic exhaust gas can be recovered and efficiently removed; and sincethe absorbent is cyclically used, operation cost and environmental pollution are reduced.

Preparation of meso-porous polymer based nano-polymerized composite material

Disclosed herein is a method for preparation of a mesoporous polymer nano-composite material, more particularly, a method for preparation of a meso-porous polymer nano-polymerized composite material which includes: drying a solid material having pores under vacuum at ambient temperature and pressure; adding a first organic solvent to the vacuum dried solid material in the reactor and dispersing the first organic solvent in pores of the solid material by an ultrasonicator to remove air while wetting a surface of the solid material with acetonitrile; adding a constant amount of a material having radicals or functional groups relative to weight of the mixture containing the solid material and the first organic solvent in a reactor, which was prepared in the above step, and agitating the mixture; introducing a polymerization initiator into the reactor containing the mixture prepared in the above step, in order to initiate polymerization of the mixture in the reactor; using a second organic solvent to filter and wash the reaction product after completion of the polymerization, in order to remove the unreacted material having radicals or functional groups as well as the polymerization initiator from the product; and drying the treated product to eliminate the second organic solvent from the same after removal of the unreacted material having radicals or functional groups as well as the polymerization initiator from the product.

The method comprises the following steps of: cooling a refined solution, and carrying out a reaction with an acidic compound to prepare an aluminum hydroxide active seed crystal; then, mixing the active seed crystal with a sodium aluminate solution to enrich lithium in the sodium aluminate solution to obtain lithium-rich aluminum hydroxide; mixing the lithium-rich aluminum hydroxide and an organic acid to carry out a microwave desorption reaction, and carrying out solid-liquid separation after the reaction is completed, wherein the solid is lithium-free aluminum hydroxide and the liquid is lithium-rich desorption liquid; adding alkali liquor to the lithium-rich desorption solution to adjust the pH value, and adding a lithium purification inhibition agent to remove aluminum ions, iron ions, calcium ions and magnesium ions to obtain a lithium-rich refined solution; and adding a saturated sodium carbonate solution to the lithium-rich refined solution to precipitate lithium to obtain crude lithium carbonate, and repeatedly the washing crude lithiumcarbonate with high-purity water to obtain the battery-grade lithium carbonate. The method realizes high-efficiency high-quality extraction of lithium in the alumina production process, and is in seamless connection with the existing alumina production process. Flat sheet membrane for chiral separation of amino acid and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a flat sheet membrane for chiral separation of amino acid, and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of intelligent high polymer materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking L-phenylalanine (L-Phe) as the separation target, synthesizing a chiral amino acid monomer through modification, and further copolymerizing with a thermosensitive monomer N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAAm) so as to synthesize chiral copolymer microgel P (NIPAAm-co-AAc-L-PheEt); secondly, carrying out graft copolymerization on the NIPAAm monomer and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) by using a free radical polymerization method so as to synthesize a thermosensitive membrane making substrate PVDF-g-PNIPAAm; and finally alloying the thermosensitive chiral copolymer microgel with a thermosensitive membrane making substrate solution, so as to prepare the flat sheet membrane for chiral separation of amino acid. The flat sheet membrane has the chiral recognition and separation function and can realize the efficient separation of L-Phe by controlling the ambient temperature change. The membrane provided by the invention is simple in preparation method, needs no special equipment, is low in production cost and is applicable to industrial application; and the selective overload quantity of the prepared flat sheet membrane can be up to 15-25%, and the separation coefficient (alpha) can be up to1.5-1.8.

The vacuum ejector is further communicated with the membrane-type desorbing machine; the heat exchanger is used forexchanging heat of the absorption rich liquor and steam; the membrane-type desorbing machine is used for desorbing the rich liquor; the gas cooling device is used for separating sulfur dioxide and water steam; the vacuum ejector is used for generating negative pressure; after exchanging heat with steam through the heat exchanger, absorption rich liquor is added to the membrane-type desorbing machine for desorbing, wherein the desorbing temperature is 30-100 DEG C, the desorbing pressure is 0.6-0.85atm and the desorbing time is 1-30min; the desorbing gas is cooled by the gas cooling device at 0-20 DEG C and separates the sulfur dioxide and steam; the sulfur dioxide enters the vacuum ejector and is prepared into sulfur dioxide gas with high concentration; and the condensed liquid in the gascooling device is returned into the membrane-type desorbing machine.
