Sewed type sport ball and manufacturing method for inner container thereof

The invention discloses a sewed type sport ball which is characterized in that an inner container which is made from polyvinyl chloride is adopted. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the inner container of the sewed type sport ball. The method includes in sequence the following steps: step1: mixing raw materials according to a formula and evenly stirring the raw materials in a high-speed stirring bucket; step 2: thoroughly removing bubbles inside the mixed materials through a vacuum defoaming machine; step 3: injecting the defoamed mixed materials into a ball-shaped die through a charging machine, then, conducting heating rolling solidification forming for 3 minutes to 10 minutes in a rotary furnace with a temperature of 200 DEG C to 300 DEG C; and step 4: drawing the inner container out of the die after the die is drawn out of the furnace and is cooled in warm water the temperature is below 100 DEG C, pressing the inner container into a valve core within one minute, then, naturally cooling the inner valve core to a normal temperature after aeration forming is conducted in a standard bladder die. The sewed type sport ball is not only good in air impermeability and bounce capability, but also low in recycle cost, causes no secondary pollution to the environment and is simple in manufacturing process and low in energy consumption.
