The invention provides a high-performance water-based industrial anticorrosive paint. The high-performance water-based industrial anticorrosive paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of
epoxy ester resin, 7-9 parts of acrylic
emulsion, 4-6 parts of cosolvent, 25-35 parts of
pigment and filler, 8-16 parts of antirust
pigment, 0.1-0.5 part of anti-
settling agent, 0.1-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-1.0 part of dryer, 0.1-0.5 part of leveling agent and 15-25 parts of emulsifying water. The high-performance water-based industrial anticorrosive paint is high in
solid content, low in
volatile organic compound (VOC) content, favorable in adhesion, excellent in recoatability and favorable in
chemical resistance,
water resistance and salt mist resistance, and causes less environmental
pollution. According to the invention, by using the specially designed
epoxy ester resin and the preferable weather-resistant
pigment and antirust pigment, a paint film has more excellent comprehensive properties such as fullness, adhesion, salt mist resistance,
chemical resistance and the like, and especially, the salt mist resistance is greatly improved as compared with the existing
epoxy ester resin.
