assembly, when one driving winding seat completes winding, the driving
assembly drives the driving winding seat to move away from a discharging area, meanwhile, another driving
assembly drives the driving winding seat to be wound to move to the discharging area to continue winding. The driving winding seat is slidably connected with the base sliding rail through a sliding block module 23. The driving assembly comprises a lead screw, a support, a sleeve and a driving motor. The device further comprises a supporting assembly for supporting a steel coil, the supporting assembly comprises a supporting table, a lifting piece and a supporting bottom, and the supporting assembly is slid on the base through a
