The invention discloses a constant-temperature low-noise oil sump of an engine. The main body of the oil sump is designed as the double-layer sandwich structure. The internal layer is made from the common steel plate while the external layer is made from the composite damping steel plate. The bottom of the main body of the oil sump is provided with an inlet pipe of cooling liquid and an electromagnetic valve. The upper end of the main body of the oil sump is provided with an outlet of cooling liquid while the lower end thereof is provided with a temperature sensor. Transmission lines are connected between the temperature sensor and the electromagnetic valve which are connected with a controller. The bottom of the main body of the oil sump is provided with a lubricant discharging outlet. The external side of the main body of the oil sump is pasted with damping rubber. The oil sump is characterized in that: the shell of the oil sump is modeled by the stamping of double-layer vibration-decreasing steel plates; the temperature of the oil sump shell is maintained within a certain range by the circulation of the cooling liquid in the sandwich structure; the damping performance decline of the damping steel plates, caused by the temperature rise of the lubricant of the engine, is eliminated so as to possibly increase noises; therefore the noise-reducing design is considered for the oil sump structure so as to achieve the purposes of decreasing vibration and reducing noise of the oil sump.
