An efficient air filtration and dehumidification device

The invention relates to an efficient air filtration and dehumidification device. The device comprises a rotating filtration module used for removing large liquid droplets, and an inertial impaction filtration module used for removing submicron liquid droplets. The rotating filtration module I successively comprises, from the windward side inwards, a blade-type cyclone air-distributing pipe, a contracting-type centrifuge pipe and an inserted-type flow equalizing outlet. The inertial impaction filtration module comprises a gradually-expanding-type deceleration flow equalizing pipe, an inertial impaction separating plate and an air flow outlet. Both the contracting-type centrifuge pipe and the inertial impaction separating plate are provided with a water collecting and discharging pipe at the bottom. According to the invention, dimensional proportions of each part are calculated and determined by a computational fluid dynamics technology, thus ensuring that a filtration module has advantages of reasonable structure, small size and structure resistance changes, long service lifetime, no water accumulation and no need of maintenance. The device provided by the invention has a compact structure. The device can be specially used for air filtration systems that are frequently exposed to a high-humidity environment, and can be used as a pre-filtration structure for other air filtration devices.
