combustion phase of a pre-
combustion chamber. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a parameterized pre-
combustion chamber structure set K, defining a working condition
state vector and a controllable variable, setting constraints including a combustion phase CA50 window, a combustion duration CA10-90 threshold, cyclic variation COVIMEP and an emission threshold, and constructing an efficiency / stability / emission multi-target cost function; the structural layer selects a
structural index k * which meets the constraint and has the minimum cost within K, and the
control layer solves the
optimal control quantity u * under the k * and enables target output to enter a set window through stacking control of CA50
closed loop + CA10-90 limitation; cA50, CA10-90 and COVIMEP are calculated on line based on the
cylinder pressure signals, and parameter
online identification and rolling optimization are carried out; when COVIMEP, UHC /
NOx or CA10-90 is close to a threshold value, rapid switching between structural layer reevaluation and an equivalent structure composed of a replaceable
orifice plate /
nozzle assembly / adjustable taper angle piece is triggered, and protection such as inverse integral saturation and rate limitation is assisted. According to the scheme, the combustion phase and duration can be stably controlled under the wide-range working condition, circulation fluctuation and emission are reduced, the
dilution limit is expanded, and the heat efficiency is improved.
