The invention relates to
a weighting-based method for measuring comprehensive performance of a distributed CCHP (Combined Cooling, Heating and Power)
system, comprising the following steps of: (1)
index system revising process: dividing the
data information of a distributed
energy system into a base layer, a performance layer and an
evaluation result layer, if the original
index system is inconsistent with the current national policy, the economic policy, the energy
technical information and the user requirements, firstly revising the reference
system and carrying out quantitative
processing on the qualitative indexes of the base layer; (2) basic data analyzing process: carrying out
processing procedures of (2.1)-(2.5) according to different performance indexes to obtain a comprehensive
score of economy, energy efficiency, environmental performance, safety and technicality of each configuration scheme and constructing a matrix F by utilizing the
score value of each performance parameter; and (3) comprehensive performance evaluating process: giving a comprehensive
score value with a
mathematical relationship of H=L*W, wherein the H is the comprehensive score value, namely the final result. In the invention, methods of subjective weighting and objective weighting are comprehensively utilized to measure the CCHP
system; therefore, favorable generality and high reliability are achieved.
