The invention discloses a stepping
tin feeding mechanism for an electric
soldering iron. The stepping
tin feeding mechanism is arranged on a common electric
soldering iron, and a
tin feeding function can be realized through one-hand operation. When a
handle of a trigger connecting rod is pulled, the trigger connecting rod can rotate around the pivot of the electric
soldering iron, the upper end of the trigger connecting rod presses a tin wire on a supporting platform, drives a tin feeding support to rotate and sequentially compresses a tin feeding support reset spring and a trigger connecting rod reset spring, and the tin wire is enabled to move forward along with a
guide tube and is aligned through an alignment head; meanwhile, a
leaf spring in the alignment head is pulled and pressed by a steel wire of which one end is fixed to the trigger connecting rod, so that the tin wire can be in accurate contact with a solder tip of the electric
soldering iron without interruption to complete
welding; when the
handle of the trigger connecting rod is released, the trigger connecting rod reset spring and the tin feeding support reset spring sequentially reset the trigger connecting rod and the tin feeding support; meanwhile, the
leaf spring pulled and pressed by the steel wire is reset, the
leaf spring clamps the tin wire, the tin wire moves forward and extends relative to the tin feeding support and the one-
time stepping tin feeding function is realized.
