The invention discloses a high-polymer colorimetric nano thin-film material and a preparation method and application thereof in detecting Fe<3+> and pyrophosphate. The high-polymer colorimetric nano thin-film material provided by the invention is poly (MMA-co-RQ). The preparation method of the high-polymer colorimetric nano thin-film material comprises the following steps: 1) synthesizing 8- acrylate quinolone-2-aldehyde; 2) synthesizing a rhodaminehydrazidehalacrinate monomer; 3)synthesizing a poly (MMA-co-RQ) copolymer; 4) preparing a high-polymer poly (MMA-co-RQ) nano thinfilm. The prepared high-polymer nano thinfilm has excellent detection effect on Fe<3+> and pyrophosphate and the problem that detection samples are contaminated by fluorescent material can be avoided by use of thehigh-polymer nano thinfilm; in addition, due to high sensitivity, the high-polymer nano thinfilm can be used for detecting the concentrations ofFe<3+> and pyrophosphate through a colorimetric method. Thehigh-polymer nano thinfilm has the advantages of high selectivity, good anti-interference performance, low cost and high convenience in treatmentand therefore is suitable for practical production application; in addition, the probe response speed is high and detection can be realized within one minute.
