The invention relates to a preparation method of an elastically-crosslinked water-fast polyurethane modified polyacrylate emulsion and a product prepared by using the preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing for raw materials including a polyurethane monomer, a polyacrylate monomer, a functional monomer, an adjuvant and water; carrying out bulk polymerization; carrying out blocking; carrying out emulsion; and carrying out emulsion polymerization to prepare the elastically-crosslinked water-fast polyurethane modified polyacrylate emulsion. A polyurethane long-chain crosslink with a certain density, a moderate amount of crosslinked active groups and a water-repellent side long chain are introduced into a molecule of the material, so that various textile coatings or pigment printing glue films have excellent water fastness, good color fastness, remarkable flexibility as well as certain water repellency and antifouling ability, so that the elastically-crosslinked water-fast polyurethane modified polyacrylate emulsion has a good market prospect; and the product is safe, environment-friendly and convenient to use and can be used for the field ofvarious substrate processing such as coating, textile adhesion, pigment printing and pigment dyeing.

Method for preparing modified polytrimethylene terephthalate

The invention relates to a method for preparing modified polytrimethylene terephthalate. In esterification reaction, one or combination of more of straight-chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid with the carbon number between 3 and 20, 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, straight-chain aliphatic diol with the carbon number between 4 and 20 and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol is taken as a third monomer; the use amount of the third monomer is 0.3 to 6.0 weight percent of the total weight of initial reaction raw materials; polyethylene glycol with the average molecular weight between 200 and 2,000, serving as a flexible chain segment, is added into the polymerization reaction, and the addition amount is 0.5 to 8.5 weight percent of the total weight of the initial reaction raw materials; and the modified polytrimethylene terephthalate is produced by the conventional polyester production process. The modified polyester chips prepared by the method have good spinnability and excellent crystallization capacity; in the spinning process, fibers are fully crystallized, so the stable crystallization rate is formed; when the fibers are heated and subjected to external stress, the crystallization rate of the stress parts of the fibers is stable, and the defect that PTT polyester fiber fabrics are susceptible to external force and high temperature loss can be effectively improved.

The water-based transparent polyurethane is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of isophorone or diisopropylketone, 5-20 parts of diisocyanate, 80-120 parts of polyester polyol, 1-3 parts of 2, 2-dimethylolpropionic acid, 10-30 parts of neopentyl glycol and 5-30 parts of C7-C22 alkanediol. Isophorone and diisopropylketone not only can be used as reaction monomers, but also can be used as solvents, have high dissolvability to diisocyanate, and are miscible with water, so that the generated prepolymer can form a uniform dispersion in water. 2, 2-dimethylolpropionic acid not only can be used as a chain extender, but also can enable polyurethane to obtain a self-emulsifying property, so that the self-emulsifying water-based polyurethane with excellent stability can be prepared in an internal emulsification manner. Under the action of isophorone, diisopropylketone, neopentyl glycol and alkanediol, a polyurethane aqueous dispersion which is uniformly dispersed can be generated, and the polyurethaneaqueous dispersion has high refractive index and aqueous solution stability.
