The invention discloses a preparation method for a compound fertilizer capable of improving the quality of Chinese rose. The mesoporous silicon compound is prepared through the followingprocess: uniformly mixing a polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide triblock copolymer with water, adding hydrochloric acid, ammonium fluoride and trimethylbenzene, carrying out heating under stirring, adding dimethyldiethoxysilane and polydimethylsilane, continuing heating under stirring, and carrying out filtering, washing and calcination so as to obtain the mesoporous siliconcompound.
