According to the hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating, a cloth material is washed through a specific pre-treatment technology and dip-coating of the coating is carried out; curing treatment is carried out by adopting a specific technology to obtain a hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating layer. The production method comprises the following process steps: (1) preparing polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), zinc acetate, N, N-dimethylformamide and acetone according to a certain proportion, and uniformly stirring, (2) preparinga polyvinylidene fluoride/zinc acetate nanofiber membrane by utilizing an electrostatic spinning technology, (3) putting the polyvinylidene fluoride/zinc acetate nanofiber membrane into an oven for heat treatment to obtain a polyvinylidene fluoride/zinc oxide nanofiber membrane, (4) soaking the polyvinylidene fluoride/zinc oxide nano-fiber membrane with absolute ethyl alcohol, and then putting the soaked polyvinylidene fluoride/zinc oxide nano-fiber membrane into hexamethylenetetramine, zinc nitrate and an ammonia water solution for hydrothermal treatment to obtain a zinc oxide@polyvinylidenefluoride nano-fiber membrane, and (5) modifying the zinc oxide@polyvinylidene fluoride nanofiber membrane with 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane, so as to obtain the hybrid nanofiber composite membrane. The hybrid nano composite membrane prepared by the method has super-hydrophobicity, wetting resistance, scaling resistance, higher salt rejection rate and stable permeation flux, and isbeneficial to long-term stable operation.

According to the preparation method, a sol-gel method is utilized, micron-sized flaky carbonyl iron powder subjected to surface activation is used as a core, ammonia water is used as a catalyst, and an organic-inorganic hybrid coating layer with a nanoscale thickness is formed on the surface of the powder through hydrolysis and copolycondensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane (PC 9757). Wherein the coating layer is connected with the surface of the powder by generating Si-O-Fe bonds, and Si-O-Si bonds in the hybrid coating layer and perfluorooctyl chains areinterwoven in a three-dimensional space to form a network structure. The hybrid coating layer is uniform and compact and has a good physical barrier effect, the heat resistance, the electrochemical corrosion resistance, the acid resistance and the hydrophobicity of the coated powder are obviously improved, and meanwhile good magnetic performance is achieved. The invention provides a basis for application and development of the high-performance flaky modified carbonyl iron powder.

In order to fill in blanks in the prior art, the invention discloses a method for constructing a super-hydrophobic coating on the surface of a copper alloy in situ for the first time. The method comprises the following steps that divalent and trivalent elements (such as Zn and Al) are introduced into the copper alloy, the copper alloy is soaked in a sodium chloride solution, and a layered double-metal hydroxide/oxide multi-stage structured film can be obtained in situ; the micro-structures and the phase types of the synthesized multi-stage structures are determined, and by adjusting the temperature of coating preparation, the multi-stage structures of different densities are constructed; the static contact angle of the surface modified by the perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane is determined; and the electrochemical test is used for representing the corrosion resistance of the copper alloy containing the super-hydrophobic coating, and then the corrosion resistance of the super-hydrophobic coating is proved. The method for constructing the super-hydrophobic coating on the surface of the copper alloy in situ is submitted for the first time, is simple and convenient, energy-saving and environment-friendly, low in cost and strong in controllability, the binding force between the super-hydrophobic coating and a copper alloy matrix is strong, the structure is stable, the practicability isrelatively high, and the method can be widely applied to industrial production.

The super-hydrophobic coating obtained by the invention has excellent self-cleaning, mechanical and self-repairing properties; a double-layer structure consisting of a surface micro-nano structure and a bottom porous structure is successfully constructed on the surface of the coating; and a spraying mode is used for operation, so that the cost is reduced.
