The invention discloses an
automatic control system of a two-for-one twister. The
system comprises a programmable process controller for controlling the whole
machine, a twisting frequency converter for controlling a spindle motor of the whole
machine, a winding frequency converter for controlling a winding motor, a transverse movement
server for controlling a transverse
servo motor, a first rotating speed sensor and a second rotating speed sensor, wherein the firs rotating speed sensor and the second rotating speed sensor are installed on a spindle shaft and a winding shaft respectively. The
system is characterized in that the programmable process controller is in
data connection with the twisting frequency converter, the winding frequency converter and the transverse movement
server and controls the twisting frequency converter, the winding frequency converter and the transverse movement
server through fed frequency, and the programmable process controller adjusts power of the fed twisting frequency converter and power of the winding frequency converter in real time according to actual spindle shaft and winding shaft rotating speed signals fed back by the two rotating speed sensors in
data connection with the programmable process controller. The
control system has the advantages that due to the fact that the automatic equipment is assembled to replace an existing gear case transmission device on the two-for-one twister, the structure is simplified, and the operating state of the
machine can be changed more flexibly through a human-computer interface.
