The invention relates to an
underwater monitoring device for a non-metallic chain mud scraper and a using method thereof. The
underwater monitoring device comprises lifting supporting frames assemblies and an
automatic control system, wherein the the lifting supporting frames components are horizontally arranged on walls of two sides of a
sedimentation tank respectively, and each lifting supporting frame
assembly comprises an outer layer tube and an inner layer tube; a scraper capable of horizontally sliding on the lifting supporting frames are arranged on the lifting supporting arranged on two sides; the
automatic control system comprises a programmable controller, and a sensing device arranged at the bottom of the
sedimentation tank; the sensing device is in
data signal connection with the programmable controller to detect the state of the scrapper when the scrapper passes by the sensing device; and the
automatic control system further comprises an alarm which is connected with the the programmable controller. The
underwater monitoring device has the advantages of being simple in structure, reasonable in design, safe and reliable in working, convenient in operation, high in
automation and the like. The underwater monitoring device can reduce work intensities of workers, and controlling operations can be performed timely and effectively when conditions of scraper deflecting, breaking, missing, chain skipping and chain breaking of the scraper are detected to avoid unnecessary losses.
