One end of the lifting liquid outlet pipe extends into the precipitation tank, and the other end of the lifting liquid outlet pipe is connected with an external device for collecting a liquid through the light-transmitting pipeline sight glass and the control valve. The invention further discloses a liquid extraction method. The method comprises the following steps: a liquid outlet pump is arranged on an external pipe of the lifting liquid outlet pipe; the liquid outlet pump is started; the image acquisition and recognition device is used for photographing and recognizing a supernatant flowing through the light-transmitting pipeline sight glass; and when it is recognized that settled medicine residues appear in the picture, the control valve executes valve shutoff operation. The liquid extraction system and the extraction method have the advantages that the operation is simple, whether the extraction of the supernatant is completed or not can be timely and accurately judged, andthe influence on the supernatant due to the entrance of settled medicine residues into the extracted supernatant can be avoided.
