The invention discloses a method and a device to produce the super high-temperature
flue gas with a
fluidized bed, and belongs to the
fluidized bed gasification
combustion technical field. With the invention, inferior
coal is gasified by a
fluidized bed gasification furnace to produce
coal gas, and the semi-coking
coal gas is conveyed to a fluidized
bed flue gas generation furnace arranged side by side with the gasification furnace. The large excess-coefficient air is fed into the
flue gas generating furnace to make the
coke completely burned and produce the
flue gas. The
coal gas and the
flue gas are fed into a complete
combustion chamber for mixed
combustion to produce the super high-temperature
flue gas between 1200 DEG C and 1500 DEG C. The device comprises a
crusher, a coal feeding device, the fluidized
bed gasification furnace, a gasified semi-
coke conveying device, the fluidized
bed flue gas generation furnace, a gasification medium conveying device, a blower, a
coal gas combustor, and an air induction device. The device is characterized in that the device is provided with a good applicability for fuel, a high fuel utility rate, little discharged pollutants, and so on, so the invention is favorable for promoting the quality of
solid material
drying,
roasting and calcining, and increased the output of dried, roasted and calcined
solid material. As the novel energy-saving equipment, the device is simple in the manufacture, convenient for operation, flexible for adjustment and stable in combustion, and is provided with an obvious energy-saving effect.
