The invention discloses a method for evaluating performance of AgSnO2 contact material. According to the method, the grey relational degree and an improved entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation method areapplied to quantitative analysis of the performance of the AgSnO2 contact material with single variable change, so that more intuitive, specific and clear overall evaluation is obtained, and an optimal object is selected, so that, the purpose of selecting the optimal value of the performance of the AgSnO2 contact material can be achieved, and the working performance of the AgSnO2 contact materialcan be reflected more accurately. Therefore, the evaluation indexes are established from the perspective of cost consumption for analysis, the entropy weight method is adopted to calculate the weightof each evaluation index, the subjectivity of weight calculation is reduced, the amount of information contained in original data is mined, and the weight of each index is determined more accurately;and relative closeness is calculated by combining the grey correlation degree and the Euclidean distance, sorting is carried out to judge the quality of an evaluated object, the quality grade of the evaluation result is established, so that the quantitative analysis and evaluation on the performance of the AgSnO2 contact are carried out.
