The invention discloses a
human body joint active power assisting
structure based on intelligent materials. The
human body joint active power assisting structure is formed by refining
shape memory alloy, the intelligent
high polymer material, a piezoelectric material and the
elastomer intelligent material into intelligent fibers, a weaving body is in a
hollow cylinder shape, and the edge of the weaving body is an intelligent
fiber texture. The intelligent fibers comprise warp
fiber slivers and weft
fiber rings, the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the joints of the warp fiber slivers and weft fiber rings are of a crossed weaving embedded structure, the weft fiber rings at the upper and lower ends of the structure are fixed in the mode that the two ends of all the warpfiber slivers are reversely bent by 180 degrees and stacked below, no warp fiber sliver ends protrude out of the upper and lower ends, and smooth transition is achieved. The structure is made into awearable close-fitting garment close to all joints of the
human body. The intelligent fibers are controlled to stretch and retract, each warp fiber sliver and the corresponding weft
fiber ring generate deformation in different degrees in the warp direction and in the weft direction respectively, and the active power assisting structure can bend in different degrees; meanwhile, the structure drivescommon fabric fibers to stretch and retract to achieve active power assisting.
