The method comprises the following steps: S100, pretreatment of inorganic salt; S200, preparation of a jetting fluid; S300, droplet jetting forming and infrared heating precuring; S400, wetting or spraying of the inorganic salt solution; S500, intermittent microwave curing; and S600, sintering. After infrared heating preformation of the salt core, the salt core then undergoes inorganic salt solution, secondary microwave curing and sintering. As the inorganic salt solution has extremely strong wettability, pores of the salt core can be fully wetted and filled, and crystallization is achieved to precipitate out inorganic salt during the secondary microwave curing process. Strength of the salt core is remarkably raised.
