With the adoption of the method provided by the invention, the surface source pollution load of the typical area of the Huai river basin in a semi-humid region can be effectively simulated; the reasonable and scientific calculation result is given; the popularization and the effectiveness of the model application can be improved; and a water environment research project, such as water environment protection and water pollution control, can be served well.
