According to the preparation method of the super-hydrophobic surface with the directional transport function provided by the invention, through twice ultraviolet lithography, the specific surface area of a microstructure is increased on one hand, so that the roughness after dip coating the low-surface energy nanoparticles is sufficient; and on the other hand, when the second lithography is performed, the substrate is intentionally inclined for exposure, so that a one-way inclined structure with a certain inclination angle is obtained, therefore a rolling direction is given in advance.
