The invention relates to an electric
fuel pump of a direct-current permanent
magnet brushless car, which mainly consists of a power supply plug, a
fuel injection nozzle, a controller, a bearing block I, a shell body, a
stator, a
permanent magnet rotor, a
fuel pump nozzle, a filter packet, a clamp ring, a
turbine, a bearing block II, a screw and a sealing ring; the controller controls the
stator which is an ABC three-phase coil to alternately perform electrifying operation periodically to generate a periodic alternant
magnetic field to drive the
permanent magnet rotor to rotate at high speed and drive the
turbine to rotate at high speed at the same time, therefore, the fuel is pumped into the electric
fuel pump from a
fuel tank by the filter packet and flows through the inner part of the electric fuel pump and finally is pumped out from the fuel pump
nozzle, thereby providing stable and reliable fuel flow and pressure to a lower fuel
system. The
control parameters of the controller are changed according to the real fuel consumption of the car. The electric fuel pump of the direct-current permanent
magnet brushless car has no abrasion to an electric
brush, has high reliability and low
power consumption, does not need electrical excitation, is maintenance-free, anti-
corrosion and has high
fuel injection pressure.
