liquid storage pool and used for monitoring the liquid level of molten aluminum in the liquid
storage pool, and when the liquid level of the molten aluminum is lower than a low value, the molten aluminum in the
smelting furnace is transferred into the liquid
storage pool through a molten aluminum transferring mechanism; stopping until the high-temperature
radar liquid level meter monitors that the liquid level of the molten aluminum in the
liquid storage tank reaches a high level value; by means of the foamed aluminum
production line, automatic liquid supplementing in the blowing method production process is achieved, manual liquid supplementing operation is not needed, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
