The invention provides an adjustable
constant current temperature measuring
system, and further provides an adjustable
constant current temperature measuring method. The adjustable
constant current temperature measuring
system comprises a main control module, a continuous adjustable
constant current source module, a
voltage measuring module, a PT100
platinum thermal resistance sensor temperature measuring module, a storage module, a
human machine interface module, a dual power supply module, a
USB communication module and a
lithium battery. The continuous adjustable
constant current source module is used for providing a constant bias current value to a temperature measuring
diode to enable corresponding voltages to be generated at both ends of the temperature measuring
diode with the temperature change and is capable of automatically shifting. The PT100
platinum thermal resistance sensor temperature measuring module is used for outputting a fixed bias current value to a PT100 platinumthermal resistance sensor. The main control module is connected with the continuous adjustable
constant current source module capable of automatically shifting, the
voltage measuring module, the PT100
platinum thermal resistance sensor temperature measuring module, the storage module, the
human machine interface module and the
USB communication module separately. The adjustable constant current temperature measuring
system and method can quickly, effectively and reliably measure the temperature of a temperature sensor to improve the measurement efficiency, thereby being used as a basis for determining the measuring accuracy and quality of the temperature sensor, and displaying and finding out the overall change trend of the temperature by a
temperature curve.
